About this notice
This draft describes the enquiry features of this website. RouteBridge’s legal operator, controller details, lawful bases, retention periods and service-provider arrangements must be confirmed before the website is opened to public enquiries.
Information you provide
Contact and quote forms collect your name, business, contact details and the information you choose to share about your freight requirement. You may also upload a supporting PDF or image. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand the requirement, respond, coordinate suitable freight options and maintain a record of the conversation. It is not a marketing subscription. Relevant enquiry information may be shared with our logistics partner, Abacus Shipping & Logistics, for operational assessment, pricing and service arrangements. Sharing should be limited to information needed for your requirement.
Storage and communications
Submitted enquiries and documents are stored in the website’s protected hosting storage. Files are not given public download links. Automatic email notifications require the business email service to be configured; the submission confirmation states whether an acknowledgement was sent.
How long information is kept
A documented retention and deletion schedule must be agreed before public launch. Until then, use this private review site only for test enquiries. Do not submit sensitive or confidential shipment documents.
Your questions and rights
For questions about information you have supplied, or to request access, correction or deletion, email kinsey@routebridgeuk.co.uk. Applicable rights and any limits depend on the circumstances. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Before launch
The final notice must identify the legal controller, contact address, applicable lawful bases, retention schedule, processors, any international transfer arrangements and the relevant rights information. This draft is not a substitute for that review.
